No, they’re boats on the Cumberland River between the pedestrian bridge (the Shelby Street Bridge) and the Gateway Bridge (Korean War Veterans Memorial Bridge), all huddled together underneath the gorgeous glowing night sky as Nashville’s fireworks dazzle the masses….
